Financial aid award letters summarizing the financial aid packages offered by colleges come in a variety of letter styles and formats. While they all will usually contain the estimated total costs for the year at the college and the financial aid being offered to the student, the way in which the information is presented can vary greatly from one college to another. Review the sample financial aid awards presented here to get a better sense of what these letters can look like and to familiarize yourself with the terminology and formats used.
