Getting Help Completing the Form

There are many rules on how to complete the FAFSA with all the required information. Students and parents should read the instructions carefully and should call the U.S. Department of Education toll free at 1-800-4FEDAID or the financial aid office of the college the student plans to attend if they have any questions.

Students needing assistance completing the FAFSA should consider attending College Goal Sunday (visit www.collegegoalsunday.org ) or a FAFSA workshop at their high school (typically held during December, January or February of the senior year) for help filling out the form. Contact your guidance counselor to find out when such a workshop is scheduled for your area.
